CONVERTER COOLER COVER

It is common knowledge that heat kills transmissions. If you lower the temperature that the transmission is operating at, transmission life will be substantially extended. If you can stabilize the operating temperature, your car will also be more consistent in bracket racing.

Neal Racing Transmissions has come up with the perfect solution. These bolt on converter covers replace the plastic cover on your transmission with a polycarbonate cover featuring cooling ducts. As the car moves forward, air is forced through these ducts and cool the torque converter and the fluid inside. The end results is a cooler running transmission and more consistent operating temperatures.

These covers have dropped transmission temperature by 10-15 F on test cars. Constructed of 3/16 " polycarbonate, these covers are vacuum formed and CNC trimmed. They are guaranteed for life against defects.
